how does our order process work?

Every order is a pre-order that never closes until further notice. All orders are processed as soon as it is paid for.

when will my shipment come in?

Depending on the pre-order, it will usually take up 7-12 business days for production, and 10-15 business days for shipping. If you notice a longer estimate time, please reach out via instagram messages or contact page so we can fix the issue.

what sizes do you recommend?

if my product does not fit, can i exchange or refund?

We unfortunately only allow refunds at this time. Please allow 7-12 business days for a refund.
